WI - Abrasion Resistance Test Method Work Instruction

Introduction

 

Purpose:

This test verifies the abrasion strength of printed parts.

STEP 1 & 2

STEP 3 & 4

Work Method:

Before each test, the rubber head shall be squared by using the emery cloth / sand paper (#400).

Remove the weight (1.64kgf).

Work Method:

Release the holder.

Use Ukawa Eraser from Ukawa Rubber Co., Ltd.

Pull out the eraser from holder approximately 1.66mm.

Work Method:

Kepala rubber perlu diratakan dengan menggunakan emery cloth / kertas pasir sebelum setiap kali test.

Remove the weight (1.64kgf).

Keluarkan Pemberat (1.64kgf).

Work Method:

Release the holder.

Keluarkan holder.

Use Ukawa Eraser from Ukawa Rubber Co., Ltd.

Gunakan Ukawa Eraser dari Ukawa Rubber Co.Ltd.

Pull out the eraser from holder approximately 1.66mm.

Tarik keluar pemadam dari holder lebih kurang 1.66mm.
